Refund Policy

At HushMode, every piece is made to order — printed and fulfilled just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of receiving your item at support@hushmodebrand.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because all products are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind

Refunds Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
